Goal: strengthen personal connection with nature

 

Activities: relaxation via sensory experiences in nature, individual reflection

Back to the nature’s home

Time: 1 session, 2.5 hours

Number of people: approximately 15 people

Goal: enhance sense of belonging and the cohesion of employees

Activities: relaxation via sensory experiences in nature, a collective reflective exercise, small group and large group sharing

Psycho-nature emotional management group

 

Time: Eight sessions, 2 hours per session

Number of people: within 8 people (employees or the general public who want to improve emotional management)

Goal: restore inner peacefulness, learn to deal with maladaptive cognition precipitating negative emotions, enhance wholistic well-being by connecting with nature

Activities: relaxation via sensory experiences in nature, nature or gardening activities, mindfulness exercises, reflection exercises, small group and large group sharing

Dr. Yeung will also customize nature healing plans for individuals or institutions.
