\u6211\u5bb6\u9644\u8fd1\u6709\u4e00\u96bb\u5c0f\u91ce\u8c93\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u525b\u642c\u4f86\u7684\u6642\u5019\uff0c\u6211\u5c31\u767c\u73fe\u4e86\u7260\u3002 \u7260\u662f\u90a3\u9ebc\u7684\u5e73\u51e1\uff0c\u5561\u8272\u914d\u767d\u8272\u7684\u6bdb\uff0c\u817f\u4e0a\u6709\u4e9b\u68d5\u8272\u6a6b\u9593\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u9019\u96bb\u5c0f\u91ce\u8c93\u537b\u53c8\u662f\u90a3\u9ebc\u7684\u6f54\u6de8\uff0c\u8b93\u6211\u4ee5\u70ba\u7260\u662f\u81ea\u5df1\u6e9c\u51fa\u4f86\u6563\u6563\u6b65\u7684\u5bb6\u8c93\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u904e\u4e86\u4e0d\u4e45\uff0c\u6211\u767c\u73fe\u5c0f\u91ce\u8c93\u5e38\u5728\u5c4b\u82d1\u5167\u904a\u8569\uff0c\u5728\u77f3\u6ac8\u4e0b\u7761\u7720\u3001\u5728\u82b1\u69fd\u88e1\u767c\u5446\u3002 \u6bcf\u6b21\u6709\u4eba\u7d93\u904e\uff0c\u7260\u90fd\u63a2\u982d\u55b5\u4e00\u8072\uff0c\u5076\u723e\u7260\u6703\u8d70\u524d\u4f86\u597d\u50cf\u60f3\u8981\u62b1\u62b1\uff0c\u4f46\u7576\u4f60\u4f38\u51fa\u624b\u60f3\u64ab\u5f04\u7260\u6642\uff0c\u7260\u53c8\u9a5a\u60f6\u7684\u5411\u5f8c\u9000\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u4f5c\u70ba\u5fc3\u7406\u5b78\u5bb6\uff0c\u6211\u5927\u6982\u80fd\u63a8\u65b7\u5230\u5c0f\u91ce\u8c93\u6709\u904e\u5f88\u591a\u88ab\u62d2\u7d55\u7684\u7d93\u9a57\uff0c\u4f9d\u9644\u95dc\u4fc2\u672a\u80fd\u7a69\u5b9a\u7684\u5efa\u7acb\u3002 \u8ab0\u4e0d\u6e34\u6c42\u611b\uff1f\u53ef\u60dc\u7576\u8981\u4f9d\u8cf4\u5225\u4eba\u65bd\u4e88\u611b\u6642\uff0c\u6bcf\u5929\u5c31\u50cf\u5728\u8ced\u904b\u6c23\u4e86\u3002\u5f88\u591a\u6642\u5019\uff0c\u5c0f\u91ce\u8c93\u53ea\u662f\u8def\u4eba\u7684\u73a9\u7269\uff0c\u9017\u9017\u7260\uff0c\u62cd\u500b\u7167\uff0c\u6700\u591a\u53ea\u662f\u7d66\u7260\u4e00\u9ede\u9ede\u96f6\u98df\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u6240\u8b02\u300c\u6709\u5fc3\u4eba\u300d\u50cf\u8d70\u99ac\u71c8\uff0c\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u4ecd\u6728\u7d0d\u65bc\u90a3\u88e1\u7684\u537b\u662f\u9019\u96bb\u8da8\u907f\u7684\u5c0f\u91ce\u8c93\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u8da8\u907f\u885d\u7a81 (Approach-avoidance conflict) \u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u4ea4\u66ff\u7740\u7684\u6975\u7aef\u5fc3\u7406\u72c0\u614b\u3002 \u60f3\u4f9d\u9644\u3001\u60f3\u5f97\u5230\u611b\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u8da8\u8fd1\u5225\u4eba\uff1b\u5bb3\u6015\u88ab\u62d2\u7d55\u3001\u88ab\u50b7\u5bb3\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u537b\u53c8\u907f\u958b\u6216\u5411\u5f8c\u9000\u3002 \u9019\u7a2e\u72c0\u614b\u4ee4\u4eba\u8655\u65bc\u77db\u76fe\u4e2d\uff0c\u7a92\u7919\u4e86\u8868\u9054\uff0c\u5be7\u53ef\u628a\u60c5\u611f\u85cf\u65bc\u5fc3\u5e95\u3002 \u5047\u5982\u7f3a\u4e4f\u6709\u5fc3\u4eba\u4f5c\u5f15\u5c0e\uff0c\u632b\u6557\u7684\u7d93\u9a57\u7e7c\u7e8c\u7d2f\u7a4d\uff0c\u4ee4\u7576\u4e8b\u4eba\u78ba\u8a8d\u8da8\u8fd1\u53ea\u6703\u5f04\u81f3\u7126\u982d\u721b\u984d\uff0c\u4e45\u800c\u4e45\u4e4b\uff0c\u7d22\u6027\u4e0d\u53bb\u5617\u8a66\uff0c\u8b8a\u6210\u9577\u4e45\u9003\u907f\uff0c\u5fc3\u60f3: \u300c\u8f38\u4e0d\u8d77\uff0c\u9084\u662f\u4e0d\u8981\u4ed8\u51fa\u597d\u4e86\u300d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u8da8\u907f\u885d\u7a81\u5e38\u6e90\u65bc\u5152\u6642\u7684\u4e0d\u7a69\u5b9a\u4e0d\u6eff\u8db3\u7684\u4f9d\u9644\u95dc\u4fc2\uff0c\u4f46\u5f8c\u5929\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u4e5f\u662f\u5176\u5851\u9020\u7684\u56e0\u7d20\u3002 \u5728\u81e8\u5e8a\u5de5\u4f5c\u88e1\uff0c\u5e38\u807d\u5230\u75c5\u8005\u89aa\u53cb\u6295\u8a34\uff1a\u300c\u70ba\u4ec0\u9ebc\u4ed6\u6709\u90a3\u9ebc\u591a\u4e0d\u6eff\u537b\u4e0d\u8868\u9054\u51fa\u4f86\uff1f\u300d\u3002\u6700\u96e3\u904e\u7684\u662f\u76f4\u81f3\u7576\u4e8b\u4eba\u6291\u58d3\u5f97\u51fa\u73fe\u60c5\u7dd2\u884c\u70ba\u554f\u984c\u6642\uff0c\u5bb6\u4eba\u670b\u53cb\u8aaa\uff1a\u300c\u8ab0\u53eb\u4ed6\u6709\u554f\u984c\u4e0d\u5411\u6211\u5011\u6c42\u52a9\uff1f\u300d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
